It’s a dump pictures are fake!!! Run fast don’t stop.. management is horrible and don’t care about you. There’s theft,breaking in cars stealing off your porch, no cameras any where it is so unsafe! Just drive through the parking lot you’ll get the idea.

Please do not move here! My girlfriend has had 3 different units flooded out from rain in a matter of 2 years. She also currently has a huge ugly patch of drywall on the ceiling where the maintenance covered her leaky ceiling months back and they have yet to finish the project and its been two months! Front office staff simply does not care as they continue ignoring the many requests that need fixing frequently. Bad Bug Problem! The neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate and will hang outside ...

Lot floods every time it rains. You cannot have friends or family visit you because their vehicles will 100% be towed regardless if they are in a visitor spot or not. Right next to a rehab facility, you will frequently have random encounters with people knocking on your door at all hours of the night and faculty does not hear your complaints or needs out. I've been here a day short of one month and I hate it here. There's never parking in front of my unit, so I have to park all the way in the back lot, which is dark and sketchy as heck and a lot of work when you're carrying a baby and groceries. The parking lot is always flooded. There's German roaches by the plenty, walls are paper thin, so I can literally hear my neighbors conversations and their children stomping up and down the stairs screaming all day. hallway, we can smell it in our apartment, which is awesome for my pre asthmatic baby. There's holes in our windows, so any time the wind blows, it sounds like a spooky movie. Floors are creaky, water pressure upstairs is almost nonexistent. Tiny kitchen, no storage besides a tiny little closet at the top of the stairs. The other day our electric panel was making static noises and causing lights to flicker. They came and fixed it, they had to rip the panel cover off of the wall because it had been painted over so many times. It left paint chips everywhere and now it looks broken on the wall with the cracked paint. I went to peek inside while they were downstairs and the inside was full of really old cobwebs and dust and the area that was sparking looked burnt. That could have caused a fire. How do you get out of a third story window with a baby in case of a fire? There's also asbestos apparently, they tell you not to go poking any holes in the walls. Oh and on top of everything else, there's only a handful of visitors spots, so if you think your overnight guest won't get towed for parking in the closest empty spot near the visitors parking. You thought wrong. This place is definitely not worth what they charge in rent. I could have gotten a rental house for much cheaper, but you gotta love time constraints. If you value your money, quiet and cleanliness. Do not move here.

I moved here a few months ago and love my apartment. Was a bit disappointed that a service request I submitted was taking long to be handle. Came to the office upset and the new manager that just took over listened to my concerns and sent someone there to take care of it. Job was not finished the same day but she kept me in the loop the entire time until it was fixed. Glad she came here

THE WORST APARTMENT I'VE BEEN IN

This apartment has so many problems staff is so unfriendly water gets shut off multiple times a week since there's not individual water shut offs. I've had a leaking roof, I've had an outlet set on fire. Apartment was not ready for me to move in on time had big holes all over carpets and they wouldn't replace them they would only patch them which looked crazy. The parking is ridiculous you often have to park in the front of complex to get a parking space. I've had my car hit twice, towed once ...

even with a parking permit. The cops are in here on a weekly basis, alot of drug activity and loud neighbors. Just not a friendly place or respectable place to live. If you have any questions ask around the current tenants in the apt complex no one likes it here don't take the leasing office word on things talk to people in the complex when you see them out and about.

The leasing manager is unprofessional. Termites, roaches,crime leaks . they make you get rental insurance because of leaks and mold. Do not move here. They put money on flowers and shrubs but the water is off almost every day

highly disappointing...we have moved in and have had ants galore..leaky roof which took nearly 2 month to fix..then the repair they did in the room was to paint over it with a primer and call it a day..in addition getting them to fix any repairs is nearly impossible went 2 months with a staircase railing that was loose which I told them about on day 1..they wanted me to fill out a repair lost sheet for which they lost ..now there is this which I said cost more for the paper and ink and more in ...

gas to go get a money order for 1 penny instead of just adding it to the rent...on top of this I have said since the beginning of the month that the side I live on had no dog poop bags for nearly 6 weeks now yet apparently it doesn't seem to matter because no dog owner seems to pick up there dog poop anyhow despite being 2 full boxes on that side anyhow...depite this being all new renovations it's the poorest excuse I've ever encountered and from what I spoke with the neighbors the roof is shoddy work ...on top of that out entryway was literally falling and took nearly 2 1/2 months to repair and then instead of taking down the rotted wood...they just patched up over it and left the rotting wood there...i have pictures of everything and well documented

Grand opening with a pool party was nice. they need more grills they only have one grill by the pool but need to put more in. also the pool area was nice but they need to open the other side of the gate so u don't have to walk all the way around to get into the pool. all in all everything is nice

Water is shut off nearly every other day, they rarely ever do pest control in which this complex severely needs something to get rid of the bugs. The leasing people are not friendly at all they are often gone and not in the leasing office so good luck trying to get a hold of them when something crucial happens. When they have to repair something simple in someones apartment pertaining to the water everybodys water gets shut off for multiple hours.
