December 29, 2025Great place to live nothing on the owners of the apartment but people with dogs needa learn how to clean up after themselves because my 3 year old could hardly walk to the car without having to worry about stepping on bog poop like who lets there dog poop on the side walk and doesn’t clean itReview from Apartments.com

December 29, 2025Discovery Palms is a really nice community with a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well kept, and the property has a calm, comfortable feel that makes it easy to feel at home. The staff is friendly and responsive, and it’s clear they care about maintaining the community and helping residents when they need it. December 17, 2025I think it is a great place but recently the office has been really messy. It’s super difficult to pick up packages working an 8-5 job when they will close before 530 with no notice. Only have two days notice in the fact that we won’t have water for a full 24 hours which makes it difficult to plan as well. November 29, 2025The neighborhood used to be really nice but starting to go downhill. The trash situation is getting out of hand with people, dumping their trash and waste and no concern for the other residence. The gates are continually down and don’t close quick enough to prevent people who don’t live there from coming in. I wish they’d bring back the arms that used at least close so people couldn’t get back in the amount of unwanted guests in the neighborhood is becoming a challenge.Review from Apartments.com

September 3, 2025Still dealing with roaches in the kitchen, which is super annoying and honestly should’ve been handled by now. Other than that, it’s an okay place to live. The location’s good, the area’s pretty quiet, and overall it’s not the worst spot. But seriously, the bug problem makes it hard to fully enjoy living here.Review from Apartments.com

May 27, 2025I really liked the complex when I first moved, but over the years things have not been very impressive. The office staff is not friendly and makes me feel like I’m interrupting them when asking for packages or any help. We have to pay with money orders due to issues outside of our control and have gotten attitude because we all pay at different times for different reasons.Review from Apartments.com
