Still dealing with roaches in the kitchen, which is super annoying and honestly should’ve been handled by now. Other than that, it’s an okay place to live. The location’s good, the area’s pretty quiet, and overall it’s not the worst spot. But seriously, the bug problem makes it hard to fully enjoy living here.

We love it here. The neighborhood is quiet, but the neighbors are friendly. We always feel safe. The best part is the proximity and ease of access to Disney and other important Orlando locations

This is a great place to live affordable customer service is nice and friendly and if there is a problem they come and fix it that day. They make sure to keep everything clean very clean apartment complex besides people not picking up after there dogs.

I really liked the complex when I first moved, but over the years things have not been very impressive. The office staff is not friendly and makes me feel like I’m interrupting them when asking for packages or any help. We have to pay with money orders due to issues outside of our control and have gotten attitude because we all pay at different times for different reasons.

Very easy, from application to moving in. The staff is professional, and the grounds as well as the apartment are clean. I am very pleased with my choice of apartment.

The Maintenance team is the best part of the staff, the amenities (pool) do need to be repaired constantly, and the complex has gone down in quality since the new owners

The apartment is absolutely lovely. The area is very nice as well everything you could need and more within 10 minutes. Everyone i have spoken with in the leasing office has been wonderful. I plan on staying here for as long as possible.

Discovery Palms

These apartments are well cared for, and there are always improvements being made on the neighborhood. You are just minutes from the Disney parks, and a quick drive from Universal, Seaworld, and I-Drive entertainment. The only downside is that many of the units are privately owned condos that are rented out to tourists, so there's a lot of different people in and out all the time.

Great Apartment and Complex as a Whole

I first found Discovery Palms a few years prior to moving in and I thought it was great. My friend didn't have anything bad to say and he lived in two different floor plans in the neighborhood. It's been a year since I signed my lease and I haven't had any major complaints about it. They listen to my requests and maintenance always shows up in a timely manner. Their office hours change throughout the year depending on the season but they are always open 5 days a week. I can pay my rent online ...
as well as make all maintenance requests online too if I don't feel like calling them in. There is a security guard that roams the complex all night and it is a gated community making it just a little safer than other complexes but the location is safe already. A plus to living here is if you give them 60 days notice of wanting to break your lease there are NO PENALTIES, no additional fees, and after they inspect the apartment upon moving out you'll get your deposit back. Amenities include indoor basketball court, outdoor tennis court, car wash station with air/vac, indoor gym with weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights, as well as a playground for kids, and a swimming pool. It truly is a fantastic place to live.
