So far it’s a very quiet community in a nice area, move in was simple and smooth and so far even our friends think the place is very nice/ and upgrade from our last apt along with us.

Just moving in but the whole process has been so nice, the office constantly sends you emails about coming to the community and the gates have been easy to get into the parking is good and most importantly no bugs

Great place to live nothing on the owners of the apartment but people with dogs needa learn how to clean up after themselves because my 3 year old could hardly walk to the car without having to worry about stepping on bog poop like who lets there dog poop on the side walk and doesn’t clean it

Discovery Palms is a really nice community with a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well kept, and the property has a calm, comfortable feel that makes it easy to feel at home. The staff is friendly and responsive, and it’s clear they care about maintaining the community and helping residents when they need it. New management is better the rental management is still not very good. Office was closed way to much over the holidays so several residents could not receive their packages

I think it is a great place but recently the office has been really messy. It’s super difficult to pick up packages working an 8-5 job when they will close before 530 with no notice. Only have two days notice in the fact that we won’t have water for a full 24 hours which makes it difficult to plan as well. I hope in the new year they can become more cohesive.

The apartment is clean and well maintained. Trash is always taken out quickly. Neighbors are quiet. I haven’t experienced any issues so far with anything in the complex

The neighborhood used to be really nice but starting to go downhill. The trash situation is getting out of hand with people, dumping their trash and waste and no concern for the other residence. The gates are continually down and don’t close quick enough to prevent people who don’t live there from coming in. I wish they’d bring back the arms that used at least close so people couldn’t get back in the amount of unwanted guests in the neighborhood is becoming a challenge.

Still dealing with roaches in the kitchen, which is super annoying and honestly should’ve been handled by now. Other than that, it’s an okay place to live. The location’s good, the area’s pretty quiet, and overall it’s not the worst spot. But seriously, the bug problem makes it hard to fully enjoy living here.
