DO NOT MOVE HERE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE
December 28, 2024If you plan on moving here please check again. We have had multiple break ins and tire and wheels stolen in/off our vehicle. The front gates stay broken every weekend, the wooden gates are missing ply wood, and the side gate does not have a lock so it allows anyone to have easy access inside the property. I have pleaded with management to help me with a garage but there is a waitlist … I have also mentioned to management about these dangers but all they replied back was “ While we strive to ...maintain a secure environment for our community, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee the safety of vehicles or personal belongings, as outlined in your lease agreement”.. if they really cared about our safety they would help us with our stress and all the out of pocket expenses from the break ins and tire wheel stealing we had to pay living here… that’s the least they can do. 2024 Update
May 16, 2024I’ve lived here for a few months now and here’s everything I’ve learned so far. These apartments have been under new management, the people I’ve interacted with have been nothing but kind and very quick with how they operate. It’s been a breeze getting all our paperwork done. Maintenance crew is fast and efficient, there does seem to be a roach problem but I used a simple poison from Walmart and I havnt seen any since. Parking does suck but there’s areas where you can temporarily park to unload ...your car. Overall best apartment complex I’ve lived in so far!Property Manager Responded

Roaches, amenities rarely open, no parking
April 27, 2023I have lived here for more than a year, there is rarely parking for tenants if you work evenings. The roach problem is out of control and the workout room is only available during office hours.Review from Apartments.com
My first apartment
July 15, 2022This is a pretty nice apartment. Originally two of my friends moved in here and after visiting their apartments I decided to visit also because I liked the size or the apartments and amenities at a decent price in a quiet area. My one year is up and I'm only moving because my friends moved out also so I'm a bit lonely here but the apartment itself is wonderful, huge layout and very good price especially with deals they have. The best part is that it's right behind Kroger so you can walk there ...anytime there is a door in the gate. I never had any safety problems or breakins either, it is a very quiet place. Mostly people upper 20's some couples and families. Also I only talked to management twice once to sign my lease and once to move out I never had any problems with them they were always nice to me. Anyway if you want a nice place to live in the suburbs I'd recommend this.Property Manager Responded

Horrible office staff
August 24, 2020I scheduled an appointment with Edward to take a tour today. I got one day off to do that, but when I arrived at the scheduled time the office was closed I called then several time but no answer!!! I was waiting for one hour without any answer, I left a message for them but Still no answer. Horrible customer service!!!Review from Apartments.com

Perfect place for the area
September 13, 2015If You're looking for an apartment in the heart of Jersey Village this would be the ideal place. Minutes from the beltway, close to trial, great outdoor events. Minutes from various shopping and movie centers. These apartments are always advertising specials with great rates. Floor plans are newly updates and spacious. Reasonable rent with all electric appliances, new washer and dryers included. Nice workout area with pool. I would not be moving if I was not relocating for work.Review from Apartments.com
