I have enjoyed calling district midtown home the past 2 years. everyone is super nice and the office staff are always super professional and welcoming! Not very Nice!
February 27, 2025I applied here. The process was very bad. It was not applicant friendly, and it was not comparable to similar luxury units in the upstate area. In fact, it was much more horrible and expensive. I do not recommend applying here with the current property management company.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommend!
