Renewed Again!
March 28, 2025I’ve lived here a little over 2 years and just renewed my lease again. It’s the perfect place for me and my Rocco! There are so many dogs here and it’s nice to let them all play together. Our home looks downtown and it’s so easy to just walk out and the sidewalk goes right into the riverwalk. There’s always food trucks and events to meet new people! I’m glad I chose district west!Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment- Perfect Location
November 19, 2024I have loved living in District West the past 5 months, it is the perfect location to downtown and the swamp rabbit. Parking is easy, its quiet and you cannot beat valet trash! Great location, excellent amenities
November 19, 2024District west is located at the perfect location between downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. One can easily bike or run on the swamp rabbit or go downtown to one of the many activities there. Additionally, District West has a comprehensive gym including stationary bikes, a variety of weightlifting machines, and more. They also have a club room which is excellent to hang out in and play one of the many games (pool, shuffleboard, etc). For the cost, District West is well worth the money.Property Manager Responded

Apartments are not furnished
April 30, 2024these apartments are not furnished. Detailed floor plan says they are, very disappointed. They just want you to come for a tour without answering any questions, maybe they think you won't notice there is no furniture.Property Manager Responded

downtown stunner
April 25, 2024I have been a resident of District West for 3 years. The building is top notch, the views are stunning (I live on the top floor facing the river and downtown), the amenities are first class. The building is very accessible from all parts of downtown, and parking is gated and secure. The staff is professional and friendly, maintenance crew and all are amazing ! Love my home
April 24, 2024I just resigned my lease for another year because I really love so much about this complex. I work remotely some days and I enjoy being able to do that in the coffee room or the clubroom or even by the pool or courtyard. Even though it's downtown, it's so quiet inside that you forget how close you are to everything. I have met so many friendly people who live here also.Property Manager Responded

Best Location in downtown!
September 16, 2022District West has been great! Having friends that live downtown, I think this location is far better. It's super convenient to walk right out our front door and the sidewalk leads you right into the park and Main St. Everyone one that I've met is friendly and welcoming. This place is sound proof!
August 31, 2022I moved out of my last complex near the baseball field due to the loud noises I always heard and District West is so quiet and peaceful! I work from home so quiet space is so important to me. I never hear any of my neighbors, even on weekends. I can’t believe how close I am to the city and I rarely hear any sounds. It’s also nice to have so many amenity spaces for working from home. If you are someone that has had bad experiences with apartment noises, District West is sure to give you a ...completely different experience !!!Property Manager Responded

We Love It
August 10, 2022I've lived here for about a year and a half with my husband and we have enjoyed our time here. It's a convenient location and we love being able to walk across the street to all the restaurants, boutiques and fine art events on Main St. The amenities are amazing and recently renovated. I feel safe and know if I need any assistance as it pertains to maintenance, I can usually get things fixed within 24 hours. The neighbors on my floor are all very professional and nice.
