Very Unprofessional and RUDE

From the approval process to move-in time it was nothing but a disaster. There was nothing but inconsistent actions along with false advertisement. It took almost 2 weeks just for my lease to get sent to me And every time I asked about it, I was told one thing and it never got accomplished . When I toured the place, I was shown a beautiful newly modeled room but when it was time to move in the apartment, they assigned me to something that was completely different. switch apartments at least three different times INCLUDING the day in was suppose to move in. Therefore I had to keep switching the electricity to a different apartment EACH time which was a huge inconvenience for me. The apartment they assigned me was old and smelled like cigarettes, then had stains in the bathroom tub with a crack in the bathroom mirror. Then when I complained, I was gaslighted as if there was nothing wrong with the apartment. I asked if I can move into a different unit but they claimed there was no more “remolded units” therefore they offered me $75 off off my entire lease instead of just putting me into a different unit. So obviously, if you have to take money off the rent then that means something is wrong correct? Because if there was nothing wrong then why are you offering money off?…
