I have lived in the sugar house area prior to 2020 but returned in 2023. I have lived at Dixon for almost a year andi will be signing a new lease upcoming, at first i wasnt completely sure i wanted to sign another lease, because there is so many apartments close, but this property is very unique to utah-The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, great appliances and the amenities are top-notch- ie gym, computer room ect.. The downside for some is its a busy area, however you wont find a better ...

Dixon Place is a beautiful apartment building with a clean and modern look to it. The exposed brick exterior gives it a rustic vibe. The apartments themselves are nice, with a decent layout for some, but they are a bit small considering the price. Overall I'm happy with my decision to move into Dixon Place apartments.

Dixon Place is an oasis in the coolest neighborhood in town: Sugarhouse. The building is well maintained, the apartments are spacious, the atmosphere is high-end and the management is responsive, friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this place.

This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. I've been living here for about 6 months and every single month at least 3 days of the month the apartment smells like pure sewage. This place is already falling apart and is less than 2 years old. There are vagrants outside on a constant basis. The garage breaks and doesn't work for multiple days during the month. The garbage chute only works sometimes and typically on a Monday the trash room is stacked to the brim with residence trash. I ...
would highly recommend choosing any one of the other apartments that you can find in Sugarhouse.

Worst apartment experience yet.

I was a resident from 2020 until January 2021. The Dixon is already falling apart, the doors do not lock, the garage does not close. The staff is NEVER there. We moved out January 3rd and still have yet to receive our deposit back. I never write bad reviews but do not move into the Dixon. It’s overpriced for absolutely no reason.

Dixon Place is a great place to live. The area is amazing and the building is sophisticated and comfortable. I moved here from Park City as a temporary solution. However, based on my experience so far I don't think I will be leaving anytime soon.
