My experience has been great. The leasing office is so helpful in every aspect. From first showing me the apartment to following through with questions after I moved in, top notch. The apartment is great, many amenities, closets are large, space planned out well, very clean and maintained well. Others who live here are friendly. Love it here!

Great Community

I’ve been at Domus for nearly three years and have no intention of moving anytime soon. It’s top notch with excellent staff. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. It’s very easy to establish friendships within the building.

LOVED living at Domus!

Loved my time spent at domus, but unfortunately had to move due to price increases. Ultimately decided to purchase a home outside of downtown was a better choice for me personally. I can’t not say enough good things about the location, staff, and building.

Excellent Place!

We rented a unit for our son who was attending college in Milwaukee and it was a wonderful experience. We had the apartment for three years and sadly didn't recently renew the lease because he graduated. We all loved, loved, loved everything about Domus. Location couldn't be better, located in the Third Ward with great shopping and a walkers paradise with the riverwalk, parks, shopping and the lake. Even our dog loved it. We always felt safe and hated to leave. No complaints from this ...

I am going into my fourth year there now. The place is always very well maintained and clean and the couple issues I have had were handled very promptly and professionally. The staff have all been exceptional and always friendly. They even put up with me which is incredible in itself. You can’t go wrong here.

Amazing Apartment

I just recently moved in and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The location is great. The staff is super friendly. The amenities are amazing as well. The quality of the apartment is outstanding. It beats any of the places I have lived before! It’s the perfect place to be quarantined in during covid. My unit feels like home. The views are great on the river and for the city view. Also, having a balcony is a plus too! I don’t see myself wanting to move for a very long time.

Great Experience

My girlfriend and I have been living in Domus for a little over 6 months now and really enjoy the living situation. The price point is higher, but in my opinion worth it for the following reasons: 1) Staff - The staff is extremely friendly and are always on top of communication. 2) Amenities - The amenities are extremely nice and they have been on top of cleaning more frequently during COVID which has been great. 3) Location - You have access to bars, restaurants, and the public market in ...

the 3rd ward. The apartment is right on the riverwalk which is one of my favorite things Milwaukee has to offer. You have access to two nice parks within a 5 minute walk. Within 15 minute walk you are looking out at Lake Michigan. If you do have to drive it's very easy to hop on the highway and get to anywhere around town. 4) Apartment Space - We live in one of the 700sq ft units (1E is the floorplan I believe) and since COVID we have both been working from home. It has been an interesting situation at times, but we make it work and I still feel like our apartment is not that cramped. The kitchen has a lot of space and storage which has been great as we enjoy to cook. Overall - I highly recommend this apartment complex!

Amazing location

Have been living here for about 5 months and love it. Such a great location and the river views are amazing. Close to so many great things like the lake, the public market and the restaurants nearby are awesome. The staff are super friendly and the building has great features.
