Bed Bugs
October 12, 2021I co-signed a lease for my son's first apartment this year he is having issues with the neighbor upstairs that has bed bugs and they are coming down through the vents. My son has called my office, called corporate, called the health department, he has called HUD, and he called East Point code enforcement several times, but nothing is being done about it. The issue that I have is they want you to continue to pay rent in a place that isn't safe to lie down and go to sleep. Not great!
October 25, 2017I visited the property through pro-move and submitted an application fee.Firstly I was told that my application was not on file,then I was told the management were not there...then I did get to look at an apartment that was dirty and had bugs on the floor!I was told here were other apartments...I submitted my financial paper work and a few days later received a call from the manager saying my application was denied because of slightly less than average credit.However they put themselves on ...websites that say they will work with your credit.Beware...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
