This apartment complex was over 6 months without a leasing manager, had over 350 work orders pending, and no maintenance people. After submitted MULTIPLE work orders they were all cancelled when new leasing manager arrived. It took over 6 months to remove the replaced water heater from in front of the building. The A/C ducking are so old that the smell of WEED from the neighbor literally comes through the vent when A/C kicks on and in the morning you wake up high which is a health concern. Head ...
quarters are not willing to cancel the lease just 1 month prior of expiring. Also, they will not give a 12 month lease, so they can increase your rent over 12%.

I moved in 08/14/2021, upon arrival from out of state the apartment was nothing like was told and referred to web videos. The apartment was not even cleaned and painted, which is standard practice. The A/C didn't work, the shower only put out scalding water (making it unusable), a range that the oven doesn't work, broken bedroom window, burn holes in the patio, chunks out of the corners of walls, holes in closet doors, garbage disposal that didn't work. refrigerator that wouldn't seal, carpet ...
smelled weird and is so old & cheap it sheds every time I vacuum, huge sagging water damage above shower, broken blinds, mildewing dishwasher... and 3 months later most of this list has still not been addressed.

I would encourage anyone that is remotely looking to live here to please live on the street before living here. I have been without a working stove since December 2020, it took me to send a certified letter and a numerous amount of phone calls to have my stove fixed. Instead of fixing my stove they decided to replace my stove with a stove from another unit that was dirty and infested with roaches. It took 2 weeks of complaining and phone calls to have the stove removed before the roaches left the ...

I’m a current residence here at Dolce. Since day 1 I have had a issue with AC and water gushing out from the floor in the hallway. Now there’s mold everywhere hallway closet. I have called numerous times and left maintenance request in the portal like they say! Now it been 2 months and I want my deposit back and get out of this place! So unprofessional! Who’s running this place! SMH!

I’m a current resident at Dolce By The Lakes. It has been 3 months now since my apartment started getting the smell of marijuana from one of the neighbors when we turn on the A/C. I called it in within the first few weeks so they could help resolve the issue, and nothing has been done, All I’ve heard from the office is that they can not do anything about it since it’s legal, which I don’t really care if people smoke it, it’s their life, but when it starts coming into my apartment now that’s a ...
problem, I have a 1yr old, and this is as bad or even worst than second hand smoke. I’ve been calling the office ever since, I have asked them if I can move out with out penalty since they can not do anything about it, I was told they were going to see if that was something that could be done and that they would call me within 3 days, and It’s been 2 weeks now. They seem to not care about my daugthers health.! We can’t even turn on the A/C in this freaking heat because of how bad the smell is. Doesn’t seem fair to have to pay all this rent and can’t even use my A/C, can’t even enjoy been at home!!!. At this point I’m really frustrated because now it’s not just the smell, this no lifes next to us are bumping music and smoking marijuana at 3am like other people don’t have to get up at 6am to go to work and waking my daughter up.! But they won’t do anything about that either. because I know my upstairs neigbor already complained about it and they’re still doing it. I now hate living here and would not recommend moving here.

Ive lived here 6 months and hate every minute of it.
*Unit started reeking of cigarette smoke when heater was put on. Cleaned vents but odor still comes back.
*You have to call 3-5 times to get a maintenance work order written down. Most of the time you have to go to the office in person then wait another 1-2 weeks for issue to be taken care of. Usually not fixed right the first time and so you have to get them to come back.
*Manager and other staff never answer phone or return ...

*Ant infestation--had to wait a week for someone to come spray.
*Almost every night there is a domestic dispute outside. Yelling and physical violence.
*Always garbage on walk ways and in parking lots. Not as many garbage bins as there should be for this size complex.
They say what they need to get you in and then don't care about you or your HOME that you're PAYING for every month.

They informed me that I had a BED BUG INFESTATION. The technician pulled up the carpet in the master bedroom and said the bed bugs had been there at least 3-6 months. They were hiding in the outlets and under the carpet and padding. The technician also showed me eggs that were in the carpet. I brought this to the attention of the ...

I tried getting the office to help and got nowhere. I also did some research and located the property management office (Which is not even located in Las Vegas, NV). They never returned the hundreds of calls and voicemails I left. I threw away everything I owned. I had to see my 2 kids cry when they watched all of their belongings get thrown in the dumpster. I have since found myself a lawyer and we are suing this company. If you love your family and want them to live in a sanitary home.. DON'T LIVE HERE.
