    Horrible townhomes

    ?? 1 Star I’ve lived at Dolfield Townhomes since 2023, and honestly, it has been nothing but problems. There are ongoing roach and rat issues, including rats getting inside units, and management has failed to provide a permanent solution. There’s no central air, no in-unit laundry, and the trash situation is terrible—the dumpsters are often overflowing despite being told there would be curbside pickup. There are also unexpected fees that management claims are in the lease when they aren’t ...
    clearly listed. Whenever there’s an issue, management seems more focused on blaming the tenant than actually fixing it. There are also ongoing concerns with drug activity, gun violence, and frequent police activity in the area. After living here for years, I would not recommend this community and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

    The two bedroom townhouse it's great for a single family in walking distant to a school, market,and the public bus and train also the area is clean and peace and quiet.But I'm looking for something smaller and in my price range.
