The property is modern, clean, and full of amenities that truly elevate daily life—especially the resort-style pool, fitness center, and spacious lounge areas. August 15, 2025If you’re considering renting here, don’t. Management ignores maintenance requests, closes them without fixing anything, and communicates poorly (or not at all) about major disruptions. Expect sewage truck noise, surprise 1am fire alarms, stolen/broken into cars, broken amenities, and long outages with zero updates. They also try to illegally enforce rules and charge fees that aren’t in the lease. There are far better options in Houston for lower prices.Review from Apartments.com

Poorly Maintained Building
July 21, 2025The management here isn’t great. Amenities were great when the building was new but it’s only a few years old and the pool is disgusting and has never been cleaned since we moved in 2+ years ago, the hallways are pretty smelly and gross because people leave trash out for days and leasing office doesn’t seem too concerned to stop garbage from sitting out always when you walk in, golf simulator and elevators break often, and upkeep of the property overall is pretty bad quality to be honest.Review from Apartments.com
