I have lived here only a short while, but have to say that Renee and Monica made my move-in easy and *almost* hassle free. There was a slight glitch at move-in with paperwork but all was solved smoothly and efficiently and Monica even stayed well after office closing to help me out. Maintenance team has been great with handling issues quickly. The interiors are really nice & the property is absolutely beautiful, with easy access to freeways, shopping and entertainment. Please reconsider moving here. They look nice at first but the office staff is SO unprofessional and the hallways/stairways are beyond gross. They do not get cleaned like they state in their emails that they do… nobody ever answers the phone and there’s NO parking.

Love this place. So much. Love the amenities, the closeness to the highway and a grocery store right down the road....But there's poop everywhere. Having a Dane myself, I'd hate for anyone to step in one of those monstrous turds. I just wish my neighbors felt the same way about their own dogs' waste. And I don't understand why I'm paying pet rent for my service animal but I'll pick my fights. Just glad to have a roof over our heads and a nice one at that. And litter. And lack of respect for ...

neighbors with jobs on odd days and at odd times. Parties, stoping, slamming things at all hours of the night. I get it's part of the apartment living culture. But damn does it still suck.
