      Very quiet compared to San Francisco. Santa Clara and San Jose seem to be safe communities. I like the pool which I use almost on a daily basis. The maintenance crew has already been helpful.

      I like the open-air ventilation corridor of Domicilio, as it keeps the air fresh all the time. I like the gym to be located in the middle of the building complex. It would be even better if there were rowing machines. The apartment is close to Santa Clara Transit Center, Costco, Safeway and Santa Clara University. Even without a car, life is still quite convenient.

      I’ve had a mixed experience living at Domicilio. The apartments themselves are modern and the location is convenient, but management and security issues have made the experience frustrating. One of the biggest ongoing problems has been parking enforcement. I pay for a reserved parking space, yet unauthorized vehicles repeatedly park in it. Management requires vehicles to be tagged for 24 hours before towing, which makes the reserved parking feel ineffective and defeats the purpose of paying ...
      extra for it. There have also been concerns regarding security on the property, including reports of stolen tires/wheels from vehicles. Noise issues and maintenance follow-up have also been inconsistent at times. That said, the maintenance staff and some office staff members have been friendly and helpful when reached directly.       My experience has been frustrating. Reserved parking is not enforced in a timely manner, making it difficult to rely on a space I pay for. Maintenance has also lacked follow-through. For the cost of living here, these issues should be addressed more seriously.
