Excellent Staff to Beautifil Units... LOVE IT!
August 6, 2024So excited and happy about Dominion Oak Forest. When moving to a new apartment I was looking at a few main features: Area (neighborhood/safety), Aesthetics of Apartment Unit, and Leasing Office Staff Attitude. Area is super close to 610, and it is on the same road as a Catholic School, and seems to be maintained well. The apartment is gated and has two different entrances for Entrance and Exit. When it came to aesthetics, the unit Patio Access and Kitchen WON my Heart! Granite counter tops and ...white cabinets, stainless steel. The BESTTT part... kitchen comes with a Bar Area that includes mini Bar Sink and Beverage Fridge. I love this feature! Two bar seating areas. Bathrooms were nicely finished, and they have fancy lights/fans in all rooms. The apartment complex is intimiate with not too many units and ample parking. They even have a mini dog park which I love and valet trash pickup. The Pool is super nice ANDDDD best Part.. open all year round, with weekly maintainence as its heated PLUS open til 10pm. The part that SEALED THE DEAL for me were the Leasing Staff. Ms. Schreeda and Ms.Cheryl were soooo welcoming and sweet and took the time and patience to explain everything there is to know. In fact, Ms.Schreeda went above and beyond for us to make sure we felt really happy and pleased with our decision. She was so easy to talk to and truly made us feel welcomed. Ms. Cheryl gave us so much information, even about the local schools and area. She was able to help when I was having trouble filling part of the application out and even advocate for me when I did something wrong to get it fixed. They made sure to work with my schedule to ensure i could move in when i needed to. Absolutely ECSTATIC to move here. And seeing the other reviews, and the affordable price range for this area, its been confirmed that this is the right choice for me and my family!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 1, 2022Love this place, about to make my year and I definitely will be renewing. This place is always well kept. I see them outside every morning making sure of it. I have lived in “nice” apartments where the pool and grounds are always dirty. It’s never like that here. Also, another positive is that when I put my work orders In the apartment responds relatively quickly and I have never had to ask twice.Property Manager Responded
