Nice area, staff is very helpful
April 8, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI'm living here currently and it's been a really good experience so far. They'll come and spray for bugs anytime we notice spiders, but we haven't noticed very many. They've also come pretty quickly if we report any plumbing issues or clogged drains. The area is really nice because of all the restaurants nearby, and it's close to a few freeway entrances.

April 30, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI’m having a great experience renting from this company! The price is great for its location and the apartment is especially clean & nice. We probably looked at ten or twelve different apartments before going with this one. The only problem we had was that our kitchen sink backed up once, but the manager sent a plumber out to take care of it within the hour--on a weekend--and then had carpet cleaners come the next day (the water spread to the dining room carpet). Definitely worth it for the ...quality of living. Things we like: the apartment itself (good use of space, nice paint and carpet, comfy), our parking spot is covered, it is close to the freeways, the hot tub, the swimming pool is nice, how quiet the complex is, and the Reams grocery store is a block north of our apartment, Kristen and her staff are very nice, and there are roses all over the complex in the summer.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Spiders, Bugs, Drugs!
June 11, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT MOVE IN!!! I always had spiders and "firebugs" crawling around my apartment. The manager is sketchy! Also, amenities are open upon the managers convenience. Residences DO NOT adhere to Utah smoking laws, or South Salt Lake drug enforcement policy. It's a crude community!Property Manager Responded
