But my upstair neighbor are making loud noise nearly every single day. I have complaint about this many times. But nothing stops. I don't know how to deal with the noise here. It is ridiculous and disturbing. The front desk tells me it is maintainance people doing work. But I don't understand what kind of work requires a whole year's time.
