April 3, 2021Stay away- the incompetence of management and lack of maintenance of the building make The Dorchester a horrific place to call home. The boiler is broken on a weekly basis leaving residents consistently without heat. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
Noisy neighbors upstair
August 25, 2020I have moved in Dorchester for more than one year. I am at 18th level in the building. But my upstair neighbor are making loud noise nearly every single day. I have complaint about this many times. But nothing stops. I don't know how to deal with the noise here. It is ridiculous and disturbing. The front desk tells me it is maintainance people doing work.
