June 9, 2023Great manager, Catherine. Efficient, kind, caring, through multitasking and a professional business woman. Chris/ Charlie, friendly extremely efficient maintenance crew. Big old oak trees with pristine grounds. Public places are neat and clean Apartments are beautiful. When I moved in 3 years ago, my apartment was all remodeled and new windows too. Quiet peaceful neighborhood
June 19, 2019Catherine the landlord and. Harlie and chris in maintance are extremely friendly and accomodating to all residents in the complex. There has been many upgrades and improvements and I have only been here for two years. August 7, 2015I love my apartment its very spacious and I love the fact it has air conditioners in both the living room and my room. Plus I have a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Great local, not bad for the price.
August 16, 2015Even though I'm being charged ~900/m, originally it was 800. Great location, near everything. Good size 1br, only complaint is that the walls are thin and the ceiling creaks when people walk around. Nice courtyard, nice people. Easy parking, good sized pool (though the tags are 50 bucks). July 27, 2015Good prices,heat cooking included. However there accounting department is not sufficient. Put my Payment on another tenets account,another tenets money was put on my account. The thing of it is they told me 1 yr. later and expected me to pay for it. Lost 5 of my money orders found them but still after months of trying to figure things out they still have not sent me a corrected statement. It was also time for my rental renewal. every time i go to the office to sign it, they keep on telling me to ...come back. Its like a joke! Now they want to charge me 100.00 for a month to month.And are telling me 100.00 for non compliance of renters insurance which is by the way paid in full. Now they want me to have a letter sent to them from insurance comp. and its there insurance comp. that i have the policy with. I have to do the foot work.
