February 15, 2025I like it here! It’s a cute and quiet place. It’s clean and management always works with me when I need them to and maintenance is very responsive when things go wrong. I have 3 kids and my kids love the basketball court and the pool (when it’s warmer). I also have super friendly neighbors which is hard to find in Reno! February 15, 2025DoubleR I would like to see a couple extra parking spots by the mail boxes so I can check my mail easier. The fireplaces havent worked in a minute at the roof top bbq area. I still havent seen the tv's working at the bbq areas and ive been here 3 years. Not sure what the delay is. Other than that the property hasnt been bad enough to move. We have the best parking of the many apartment communities in the area. We are also located in a good area near medical facilities, restaurants and we are ...off Veterans Parkway for a quick shot to the 80 freeway.Property Manager Responded
