I’ve lived here for a year, and when I first moved in, it felt like a luxury building. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and they even offered coffee in the mornings. That experience is completely gone.
Since the new management took over about three months ago, this building has become a mess. There is no front desk staff, no visible security, and no one available to help residents. It feels like the building is being run with zero accountability.

parking garage gate is constantly left open, allowing anyone to walk in. For a building that markets itself as “luxury,” this is unacceptable.
To make things worse, I’ve been charged additional fees within my own contract without any notice or explanation. Trying to get answers is a waste of time because there’s literally no one available to address concerns.
What used to be a great place to live is now a frustrating and stressful experience. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else.
