Do NOT MOVE
February 4, 2025This has by far been the worst apts I have lived at. Everything leaks, ceiling sheet rock falls apart. No one comes and fixes things. The payment system is all jacked up and when they mess up and over charge your rent you cant get your money back it has to get credited for following month. Mind you Some out of don’t have to pay double the rent.! No one knows anything when it’s convenient for them. Roaches are your roommates. They come and “spray” and never actually come. I had to install a camera ...to make sure they actually do come. You get charged for pest spray monthly and they don’t come unless you “request” it. Supposedly. I had a huge bathroom leak and smelt to bad we couldnt even sleep in our own room for dayssss. When they came to fix the floor, they just sucked up the nasty poop water and left out carpets the same!!! Please please please do not waste your money. There are so many other apartments out there.
