Great place to rent. Monthly rents are reasonable and rooms are big. Management is very professional. Angelica is friendly and professional always there to help. When I have any maintenance repair Milton is great.

Renter BEWARE!! Beach Front Property Management who is in charge of managing these units is absurdly terrible. Issues are not addressed in a timely manner. Management ignores repeated cries for assistance from residents. Living at Downey Pointe is the worse rental experience I have ever had.

Tweekers are roaming around the units at all hours of the night. Management refuses to take action. The gate off the street has been broken for weeks so it’s free reign for drug addicts to enter .Items will be stolen from your car guaranteed. Management does not care that unsavory people are dealing and doing drugs on the premises. Cameras have been installed but it is obvious no one cares to ever look at them.

The parking is a racket between the Manager "Lady" and the tow company. She will get your vehicle towed if she has a personal issue with you as a tenant. The Apartments are infested with roaches and not to mention the homeless people that hop the fence over the riverbed to squat. You would think they would invest in some sort of security....but nope the manager is never in the office to assist. The management company should look into this place.
