I’ve lived here a little over a year now. My favorite thing about my unit is the amount of space. It’s hard finding spacious apartments downtown, so when I saw this one, I jumped at it. The front office staff is nice and very accommodating, and maintenance issues are usually resolved within 1-2 business days max.

It’s one of the best locations downtown. I’ve been here since November 2024. The application and move in process was very easy. Great communication. I did a work order one day around 10am, and the maintenance man was there by lunch. Haven’t had any problems. The leasing office has a good team of people that communicate well.

Living at the flats has been a great experience. The location is right in the heart of downtown Memphis. There is easy walkable access to local restaurants, shops, the historic Beale street, and Tom Lee Park. The apartments are modern with up to date appliances. There is key fob access so I always feel safe in the building. The staff is professional and are always quick to respond to any maintenance request. I feel very safe at the flats. Prime location. GREAT residents! Amazing leasing team. It feels like home for someone one not from the south. I have lived at multiple downtown properties and this is the most cost efficient while still feeling luxury.
