About Downtown Student Housing

J&J Investment Properties provides off-campus luxury housing for the students of UAlbany and the College of Saint Rose! We own / operate 75 apartments in the area that house over 250 students. Our properties can accommodate 3-8 students each, and are located on the most popular blocks of Western Avenue, Hamilton Street, Hudson Avenue, Quail Street, Ontario Street, Morris Street and State Street (right next to the Downtown UAlbany campus and steps from the College of Saint Rose)! Our residences have been renovated and include stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, modernized kitchens/bathrooms, recessed lighting, new floors, and 50" HD Smart TV's. Have a car? No problem!
