Dirty and unfunctioning apartments
January 10, 2026They leasing office changes your apartment a day before your actual lease starts. The apartment they gave is dirty, the kitchen appliances don't work, the apartment reeks of smoke, the maintenance issues don't get answered, the leasing agents don't tell you about additional charges till you move in (and say its the change in policy due to which you are getting charged now) but no other residents pay those charges, The gates don't work 50% of timesProperty Manager Responded

Poorly Managed
November 4, 2021Since the new management started, they have poor communication and have not followed up and done what they said they would do. At the renewal of my lease, I was suppose to receive complimentary carpet cleaning. The office staff has not returned my phone calls or emails. I've stopped by to address this in person with no success. Now I'm 4 months into my lease and my carpet still hasn't been cleaned. I do not recommend living here at all.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional
November 1, 2021Living here was ok. The walls were extremely thin, maintenance constantly coming for mandatory check ins, and there's no side walks to take your pup for a walk. They have dog parks, but people do not pick up after their pet. I moved out a week ago and they still TEXT, not call, that they're going to fine me because I haven't turned in my keys. My call log says I've called them 12 times this past month to ask what I needed to do to move out and only have gotten 2 responses. I've gotten 3 ...confirmations from 3 different people that they'll let management know that I've turned in the apartment but I guess they don't know how to communicate. I've also emailed, texted, and showed up on person but no one seems to be able to help me. They treat you all nicely to get you to rent but once you're in, good luck getting anything done.Property Manager Responded

Gorgeous Property
January 26, 2020The property is stunning and the office staff is beyond amazing. Their bubbly personalities make me want to come in for my Starbucks coffee every morning. There is a Starbucks machine in the office and a gorgeous pool!! We love living here!!Review from Apartments.com
Consider your options
November 14, 2019I had an interesting experience with this complex. While I can not deny, the property is nice and I was totally interested in moving here.Without going into great detail regarding my situation, I strongly urge you to consider many options before signing with this complex. I mean it is brand new and offers an excellent move in special right now, however don't allow the staff to pressure you into a space that doesn't accommodate your needs and a lease term that doesn't fit your needs as well. The ...complex is a bit of a reach when it comes to "luxury". The washer and dryer is located on the balcony, black appliances instead of stainless steel, in addition the dog washing station is located outside. Again, I won't deny, the complex is nice, however, the staff can be a little unprofessional and provide misleading "policies" as it relates to selecting units. Don't allow the pressure of the office to steer you into a space that does not fit your exact need. Sad to say, I walked away from this complex less $190 bucks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
