I would not recommend moving here. I’ve been a resident since March 2026. Firstly, my washer and dryer were broken when I moved in. Took over a month to come fix it. Didn’t get any said discounts. My dishwasher was put in incorrectly so it leaks whenever I use the sink and has now possibly caused mold in my apartment. Which they know about and still haven’t done anything about it. You cannot get in contact with them unless you call about 6 times because they don’t respond to emails, they don’t ...
respond to texts, and they don’t answer the phone. You can list any of those forms of communication as an emergency and they still don’t answer. Maintenance guy will tell you he’s coming to fix something the next day but won’t show up for weeks and they claim they don’t see your emails/texts. They also don’t abide by their discounts and will wait until you say something in PERSON because they don’t respond to anything! I had to resign a lease agreement after they forgot to put a discount, that they posted all over the internet btw. You have to remind them “hey you didn’t give me this month half off” multiple times but will literally have multiple ads on social media claiming these deals. I wouldn’t recommend living here to a dog. Watch after I post this, I’ll receive responses from my emails and texts because they only care about the image they put on social media/ the internet to get more residents rather than their actual residents.
