July 10, 2025I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful apartment today, and I was thoroughly impressed. The space is incredibly spacious and clean, with a surprising amount of room in each bedroom—definitely larger than I expected! I loved that each bedroom has its own full-size bathroom, a huge plus for privacy and convenience. A special shout-out to our tour guide, Ari, who made the entire experience seamless. Ari was not only informative but also super friendly and patient, thank you for answering all ...of our questions. The tour was relaxed and well-paced, making it a truly enjoyable visit. Maintenance refuses to fix anything
April 28, 2025When I moved in I was told that I would have a freshly cleaned bug-free apartment on the second floor so I wouldn't have to worry being single and living alone I received a first floor apartment that was absolutely littered with bugs and a adore that didn't even lock I put in multiple maintenance requests and my door was never fixed it was marked as fixed and I would come home and it would not lock it would barely open I got locked in my apartment multiple times after locking it from the inside ...and had to crawl out through the f****** window I started living here in August and since then I have had my apartment flood and now there is a leak in my apartment that they marked as fixed when nothing has changed I came home from work and the only thing they had done was go into my bedroom where the leak was not at completely ignore the pot filled with water in the kitchen and said well we fixed it I am completely disappointed at every step of the way how they have reacted to every issue that I have had the one time that they actually came and fixed everything one of the guys has been the entire time hitting on me inside my own apartment while doing barely anything I spent two hours uncomfortable and pissed off not being able to do anything about it do not live hereProperty Manager Responded

To my surprise I got a call from the office the next day saying the Air company is coming to my apartment. When the workers got here they said they are replacing my entire unit. June 11, 2018Heard about the move in special of $99. After viewing an apartment that I had made my mind on choosing, I was informed that the $99 deposit was to hold my apartment only. Changed my mind before even getting my application processed for being approved or denied and was told that I was not eligible to receive my deposit back. Tasha informed me that she did not submit my application for approval or denial. Spoke with one of the individuals (Nylen or Nyla) about the situation and she continued to cut ...me off in my sentences and became very unprofessional. Stated that once I hand over the information that they needed for the application that I would not be able to get my deposit back. But on the application it stated that once the application was submitted that I would not receive my deposit back, although my application was never submitted after giving them everything that they needed on their end. Certainly wouldn't recommend this area at all. To ANYBODY. If you're looking for an apartment, this is not the one. Believe me. Do more research. Reviews do not lie. September 25, 2015The staff if very unprofessional, the maintain men it takes them 2-3 business days to take care of something that is broken.or need repaired. By my understanding this place is up for sale. I've lived here 4 years thinking I made the right decision to stay now it sad to say I wish I had not resigned a lease. Hope with new owners we get new workers in the office. They are letting this place fall with that I don't care attitude. Rates can go close to 200 dollars up if you are not careful of informing yourself with the time you choose to rent with the apartment. Pet owners dont pick up after their pets.
