April 22, 2025Dreshertowne Townhomes is not luxury as it was marketed just a year ago —it’s a 1970s C-class property with constant maintenance issues, hard water, pest problems, and rising rent used to cover corporate debt, not improvements. You’ll sign a lead paint notice and deal with outdated plumbing, leaky ceilings, and AC outages. Management is unresponsive, and even basic amenities like bringing a guest to the pool cost extra. July 30, 2020My husband and I have lived in four luxury complexes before moving to Dreshertowne. We moved in February and have had 0 problems! The townhomes are beautiful and well kept. There is so much storage space throughout the spaces. The staff and management are so easy and delightful to work with. It really does feel like a community and neighborhood. HIGHLY SATISIFIED TENANT
April 12, 2019We have been living at Dreshertowne since the end of 2017 and have absolutely love it. The apartment complex, amenities, and surrounding areas meets all of our needs. The walls aren't sound proof but our neighbors are pretty quiet. The Staff-Stephanie at Dreshertowne is always helpful and awesome to work with. The maintenance staff, particularly Tyrone should be maintenance of the year! Always friendly and considerate of your home. Tyrone is always prompt. SPACIOUS
March 1, 2017I have lived here for 6 months and couldn't be happier. the complex is in a beautiful setting - trees all around. It is minutes to the PA Turnpike which is a huge plus for me. I love the full size washer/dryer in my unit, with a 10 month old I really need that in my home. The few neighbors I have met are very friendly, I'm looking forward to more of this warm weather to get out and meet more people. December 10, 2015I moved into this place because my job brought me to this area. I needed extra space and found this community has nothing but townhouses for rent. I moved in a couple of years ago and thought I was only staying for one-year...I'm now going in my third year! Needless to say, I really like it. I only ever had two things go wrong in my house and maintenance was there right away and fixed the problem right the first time. Now the place is going through a major exterior face lift and what a ...difference! It looks excellent.....at first I wasn't sure about the color but I have to admit it wouldn't be my first choice but it really looks good. I'm a believer! I recommend this place to everyone.
