The bathroom is not fully tiled in the shower, nor is it properly vented. The ceiling grows mold due to that. The walls are thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbors quite often. At night, many times you will hear loud music being played from the parking lot as people pass by doors as well. The smell of marijuana commonly wafts around the building weekly if not daily, which was listed as against the rules of the place. There have been reports of bed bugs as well and I have had bugs come into my unit from others near by. The live in building manager does not give the required 48 hours notice before needing to come into the unit. Almost every time someone was brought in for a bug prevention, a flier is slipped under, or taped to the door the day or night before, sometimes allowing less than 24 hours time to take off of work if needed. None of this even begins to state how badly the buildings need inspections and how poorly they are up kept! This is my warning: Stay away from Dryden Place!
