Best Manager and Maintenance
February 29, 2024I have lived at The Dwell for 2 Years. The new Manager and Maintenance Man have made this the cleanest and whitest place to live. Yes, there are college students, but, they are all very quiet. They must be studying. The other residents seem to all be working professionals because the parking lot is empty during the day . If I ever have a work order, maintenance takes care of it the same day. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and it has 2 bathrooms, a really, really big living room, 3 big closets, a ...really pretty kitchen with an eat in bar area. I love my apartment! Amazing Property and Great People
June 12, 2022I moved into Dwell only a few weeks ago, and I am already loving the environment. Everybody is friendly, staff and neighbors, and there are plenty of amenities for use.
