Stove Shannon brought four new burners and so far I’ve used it once and it worked fine but I haven’t used the big one that was the one that was causing the most problems so I have to wait and see.

I've lived at this apartment for a while, and my experience has been a mix of highs and lows. On the plus side, the location is very central—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which is super convenient. However, being so close to a large homeless population made me feel unsafe at times, especially as a single female. Unfortunately, I also dealt with some frustrating maintenance issues. When I first moved in, there was a significant delay in getting my fridge fixed, which ...
caused my food to spoil. On top of that, I've had issues with rats and roaches, which has been a huge concern. That said, I do feel that management is making an effort to improve the situation. They seem to be working hard to build a stronger sense of community for the tenants, which I appreciate. Overall, while there are some good aspects, the safety concerns and pest problems are hard to overlook.

Not Happy with the New Management

Their portal never allowed me to accept my lease renewal and I emailed them about it. Now, I am forced to pay MTM until they can get their system fixed. I have to shell out more money upfront because their system doesn't function. Not to mention, that I discovered the $320 MTM fee that Scottsdale charges that I also have to pay. They said that I will have to pay late fees if I don't keep up with the MTM. I better not get charged for this new trash service they have going on now. I didn't ask for ...
