Mixed Experience - Some Pros, But Major Issues

On the plus side, the location is very central—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which is super convenient. However, being so close to a large homeless population made me feel unsafe at times, especially as a single female. Unfortunately, I also dealt with some frustrating maintenance issues. When I first moved in, there was a significant delay in getting my fridge fixed, which ...caused my food to spoil. On top of that, I've had issues with rats and roaches, which has been a huge concern. That said, I do feel that management is making an effort to improve the situation. They seem to be working hard to build a stronger sense of community for the tenants, which I appreciate. Not Happy with the New Management
April 1, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comTheir portal never allowed me to accept my lease renewal and I emailed them about it. Now, I am forced to pay MTM until they can get their system fixed. I have to shell out more money upfront because their system doesn't function. Not to mention, that I discovered the $320 MTM fee that Scottsdale charges that I also have to pay. They said that I will have to pay late fees if I don't keep up with the MTM. I better not get charged for this new trash service they have going on now. I didn't ask for ...this.
