Excellent apartment complex
February 16, 2020I stayed at the Dwight over the summer. Their staff is very kind. The apartments are very spacious with a great view of the city and an easy commute to downtown Chicago. I had a great experience staying at the Dwight; highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Awful property managers and terrible place to live
February 14, 2020The property managers were often not in the office and not responsive. The apartments themselves are overpriced and lack character. The only reason I stayed here is because it was the only available apartment on short term notice. I got the upgraded room and I regret it because the standard room is the same. I wish I took my business elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Dwight Lofts Summer Lease
July 22, 2015I was an Intern in the city over the summer and leased under their Summer Lease program (First week in June - First week in August). I believe this was the first year they did the summer lease program so signing the lease and contacting management was a little rough, so I would recommend contacting them early. Overall though, the apartments were very dorm like; twin XL beds, cement walls, basic dresser/desk, however it did the trick for the summer. They do have a guest policy that seems pretty ...restrictive, however if you contact management then they typically approve everything after okaying it with your roommates. In the end, I would definitely recommend this place for summer interns. It's close to most L stops, a quick walk to offices in the loop, and has a target two blocks away (good for groceries).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
