Horrible management company, just about everyone is rude and if you have any issues with your apartment they take weeks to respond. Hope you like mice cuz your gonna have to get used to them. Most of there buildings are mice infested and unfortunately they don’t have the resources to fix it so your just stuck living with mice. If you’re looking for an apartment I’d recommend looking elsewhere

I've been here for going on 2 years and I love the units, they're modern, clean and secure. I have not seen any bugs or other critters EVER which let's you know that the maintenance and mgmt are good about the pest control services. The building I'm in is relatively quiet and completely safe. Response to maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner for the most part, and about the only NEGATIVE would be the parking lot which is in major need of re-pavement but there is ample parking ...

Where should I start, there are weird bugs, there is no maintenance, my ceiling has been leaking for 4 years, the doorbell doesn't work, my windows are not even in the fittings, the seal on all the windows leak when raining, anyone can walk into the building the security doors don't close all the way.
But they are quick to collect your rent or give you an eviction notice. I suggest no one moves here its a waste of money as soon as my lease is up I'm gone. Head my warning not a place to move ...
