The Views are Good
August 28, 2021The apartments need a lot of work, and the management is unresponsive. There is water damage in apartments that has never been addressed, mold comes through the ventilation system, broken appliances are never fixed. The pool took forever to open, and is consistently dirty. When a tenant moves out, all is cosmetically fixed, but structures need an overhaul.Review from Apartments.com
Not A Luxury Building
August 28, 2019Renter Beware! Great location and wonderful views but landlord does nothing for the rent controlled tenants except make them unhappy so they will move out and he can jack up the rents! Leaking windows and walls, mold and mildew, errant heat and A/C and unreliable and scary elevator service. Tenant Directory in lobby is three years out of date. My name is still on it and I have moved out for lower rent and a landlord who cares.Review from Apartments.com
