July 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comYou get what you pay for. Trash rooms have roaches and mice. All amenities are closed and haven’t been accessible for months. Elevators have not been working Since April( good luck packing groceries to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th level). Units are cheaply made and floors are coming up & I’ve only been here 3 months. Management needs help desperately that seems to not be comimg. Just spend the extra $200 and move elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

There are several wonderful amenities to use, and Eado is conviently located near Downtown, the universities, law highschool, and the metro rail... I love the look of Eado Lofts, the Fitness Center, and the features (granite countertops, stainless steel fixtures, stand- up showers, Super- deep soaker bath tubs, and the water- feature in the swimming pool)! It's great and it's a low price!

Trash not being placed in bags they're being thrown over the Trash dumpster Chicken bones Paper Plates hanging out of the trash bag Trash in Parking lots and Kids running around in the Pool area running around without Parent Supervision. Don't say i didnt say so.
