Been Here a While
April 22, 2022I've been here since August 2011, and am happy where I am. Any issues I have have been dealt with promptly and the staff are friendly. There is a bit of an issue with neighbor noise, that security used to handle very well, but they are no longer here. Other than that, I like it here and plan to stay.Review from Apartments.com
Great if you like your car being towed
July 11, 2021They love, love, love to tow peoples cars. If you have a friend over they will likely wake up to their car being gone. If you are a resident you might be towed as well (as happened to my girlfriend). The knobs/handles in the units must be handled with extreme car and pool seems to be cleaned about every three months. Impressive!!!
January 21, 2020I have been extremely impressed with the customer service, the courtesy, the prompt follow up, the pleasurable experience it has been to move into these apartments. Ina at the front office has a great personality and she is true to what she says she’s going to do. Today I had a hot water pressure issue, and when I got back home from work I had a brand new water heater that I swear it’s so massive it growled at me. So far I am extremely content with Eagle Creek Apartments. I am definitely looking ...at staying here past my seven month lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Abysmal -- worst place I've lived
August 26, 2015Former resident; lived here about 2 years. Moved in and the kitchen cabinet faces were ruined. Took several months of calling and creating a paper trail to get any traction on the repairs. Read over your lease; I had a lawyer friend look over mine, and they found errors, mistakes, etc. The pool and grounds were constantly gross. Had roaches in the bathroom. Cheaply made apartments and poorly maintained.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid at all costs!
July 18, 2013Management changes all the time. They make up charges and then cannot explain. You will need to demand a written statement. They do not send you any information, and tenant statements are hand written if you get one. Staff is rude. Maintenance is terrible. No Gym on site and Pool is always closed.Review from Apartments.com
