Do not recommend!
May 5, 2024there's constant crime, shootings, & fights. They ignore complaints about the constant trash and filth people leave outside, then blame you when said filthy neighbor's pest infestations start to spread through pipelines (I have videos of roaches coming through my bathroom sink). They have ROACHES and lie about sending pest control (I have cameras in my apt) and when they do come, they only spray the kitchen. I've been here 6 years and never had a pest problem but somehow they can't believe the ...idea that it could be the only new neighbor in the building, who also leaves trash outside for weeks at a time until someone goes above management & calls Lindsey management because the on-site manager does nothing but mark work orders as complete then not actually come. You get up for work at 6am, your wall is shaking from the loud music. And it's still going when you get home at 5, and when you "try" to go to bed by 10, and when you still can't sleep at 1am. IT NEVER ENDS. They ignore the complaints about that as well. They continuously raise your rent but keep the outdated appliances that barely even work. I wouldn't recommend this piece of crap to anyone that wants a clean or safe living environment!!! -1000/10Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
No a good apartment
August 3, 2023This apartment is not ideal. The units don’t look like the model. Mismatch appliances and a bad smell that takes weeks to leave. I dealt with a roof leak for weeks. They increase rent without notice.Review from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015My apartment is cozy and comfortable. I love the neighborhood that I live in. I enjoy all of the amenities that comes alone with my apartment. I have access to a pool,golf course,volleyball court,and a restaurant on the premises. but my favorite amenity is the washer and dryer in the unit.Review from Apartments.com
