I was looking for an apartment for my college age daughter in Bend. I needed a place where I felt she would be safe and have a positive living experience. We looked at Eagle landing but thought it was a little more than we wanted to spend even though it was stunning. We settled on a different complex. After signing a 1 year lease we ran into many bad experiences with the management company and the location. As soon as her lease was up we found an available opening at Eagle landing. WHAT A ...
BIG DIFFERENCE! All I can say is you get what you pay for. This was a great location, kept very clean, easy to work with staff, and to top it off allowed my daughters dog. My daughter took weekly advantage of the free wifi in the common room and the hot tub. I wish we would have made this as our first choice and not wasted a year in a dirty run down complex. I would highly recommend Eagle Landing to anyone looking for an apartment in Bend/Redmond area.

I have lived in my apartment at Eagle Landing in Bend for four months now and LOVE it! Unlike most apartment complexes in the Bend area, this one allows all pets (up to two I believe), has air conditioning- a MUST in the high dessert, has a community pool and hot tub, is clean, and has many wonderful, colorful people in it's community- and all affordable for a college student like my self! I have a pitbull, so there was no competition when choosing an apartment. I have experienced no drama or ...

This place would be more tolerable if some of the rules were gone, hottub closes at 10, suddenly no satellite dishes allowed, pet rent for cats. The apartments themselves are nice, but not for the price they want.
