If I could give no stars, I would. Giving 1 star is generous.
They let you view the nicest apartment ever but once you move in, it's a totally different story. The apartment you move into, mold is everywhere especially in the bathroom.
Washer don't get your clothes washed, just wet. Mirror in the kitchen, like you want to watch yourself washing dishes. Kitchen is like a bathroom. They will charge you for every little bitty thing that was already there when you moved in. You will hear everything ...
your neighbor is talking about. Shall I keep going. Make sure you clean up all of the spider webs on the outside of your apartment because maintenance do not come around to spray and clean that up. You are staying there at your own risk because security ain't worth nothing. No cameras or anything. So if anything happen while you are staying there, nothing will be done. Going to the office will not help because the answer that they will give you is that security stop at a certain time and also start at a certain time. Security sits in one spot all day and do not ride the area. So be very careful if you move there. The rent amount sound good but a lot of issues and a lot of problems come with the low rent amount.
