January 3, 2022While the properties are decently priced, the property manager will bill you at the end of your lease to paint the apartment. When I moved in it was blatantly obvious that the apartment that hadn’t been painted, yet he billed me $450 for painting. Really gives small businesses a bad name with the way that he operates and is not very responsive unless you owe him money.Review from Apartments.com
