Great Place to Live!
June 13, 2024I've been living here for almost a year, and it has been an amazing experience! This was my first apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly! The area is very quiet, and I feel very safe living here. They also have a nice pool and gym. Wonderful
September 1, 2022I’ve been a long term resident (10+ yrs ). This is my 4th management company and they are by far the best! I’ve had maintenance emergencies taken care of within 24 hrs, they are always pleasant and respectful. Alyssa the property manager is always willing to listen and help with any situation you may have. All of the staff are friendly and answer calls and e-mails promptly. January 31, 2021Played a lot of phone tag at first, incorrect numbers were listed. Couldn’t even tour the available apartment, could only see photos of a similar model. When it came to sign the documents and pay for everything, lots of mysterious unexplained “other fees” for ridiculous amounts of money somehow made their way into the bill. When I pulled out of the application and expressed I was no longer interested, then all of a sudden they were over eagerly willing to “work with me”. Not worth it.
December 30, 2018My sister lived here 2018 and ended up breaking her lease. The area is nice and her neighbors gave her little to no issues but besides that this place was a nightmare. Maintenance was very unprofessional. Besides NEVER fixing anything they’d constantly enter her apartment without notifying her when she’d leave. I mean why do you keep coming in if you’re not fixing anything? The one bedrooms are the size of what feels like a closet. They say they are a certain size but when you visit them in ...person they are a lot smaller than what is listed. Walls are thin. Electrical issues that caused her bill to sky rocket oh and they have MICE! If you like rodents running around where you live then this place is perfect for you. She constantly complained but all they did was place one mouse trap behind her couch. The situation never got better and she has a young child so is forced to now leave because the living conditions suck. Just so everyone who reads this is aware we have maintenance on call 24/7, we always call or leave paperwork if we enter an apartment when the tenant is not home, not sure what you are saying in regard to Electric issues? Lazy Employees
April 30, 2017I thought the when the complex changed hands, it would include new employees. The only way to get a hold of them, is to show up at the door. The do not answer the phone. When you leave a voicemail message, they do no call back. I thought with 2 people in the office, things would be better. Most of the time the office is empty. I have issues with my AC every year. Why does someone do preventative work on anything? They wait until it's a disaster.The maintenance guy drives around all day and ...really doe not do anything that I can see.
