Alot Of Units Have Roaches

The pools are always broken and when they’re not broken they are dirty and locked up they let kids trash the place even your mail is not safe people are breaking into mailboxes. The front security is a joke they let anybody in with no verification my apartment was able to get robbed and security couldn’t help with nothing The only thing they are good for is keeping Chains on the pool. You’re lucky if you get a unit that doesn’t have roaches because they don’t do nothing about them, they make sure ...

the outside is fumigated more than they spend time in the actual apartment

Would be nice if they actually cared

They let the tenants get away with making the property disgusting without saying a thing.I was so embarrassed having my family visits for the 4th of July only to have them see trash, dirty diapers, glass etc. I’ve told the office countless times about the trash and they don’t do anything, they actually gave me attitude. I hate living here but can’t afford to move. It’s a beautiful property but they are running it into the ground.

This apartment complex is a joke. Management is hard to communicate with, and have no follow through. They pretty much don’t care. Security is a joke. Maintenance takes forever. Kids are always out walking on the street. There’s no crosswalk for them and they on purpose walk in front of cars. I was warned about this place but my boyfriend wanted to move in and we did. So glad our lease ended and now we left! If I could give negative stars I would.

It's getting hot and they dont want to fix the pools. Office people spend more time ignoring you than actually fixing anything, very rude. Police constantly in here. Usual scene is excessive police numbers drawn on suspect, who happens to be in front of apartments. A service call takes an excessive amount of time. Mail boxes are broken into frequently.

I have had a terrible experience the entire time I was trying to apply they did not have a list of apartments available at all and never give calls back then I couldnt have the apartment by the move in date (transfer from a sister location) saying theyre waiting from my last apartment even though my last apartment said we were good to go a week before the move in date and when I asked to cancel and have my holding fee back it's taken them longer than a month to mail me my money back I'm still ...

waiting they always have some excuse or another to not get their work done and it's always someone else's fault and they keep contradicting themselves

So at this time i have lived in Eagle Trace for almost a year. I concider myself an easy going guy but this place is horrible. Throught the year i have been here multible apartment units have been broken into. Security is very rude and sleeps on the job with the gate open. The office workers are very rude and talk down to you. On top of that they are always doing some type of inconvenient repain. They have repaved the rodes 2 times closing the main entrance they shut my water off 3 times in about ...

a month to work on plumming. The place is dirty and no one is respectfull. I have been stalked by the maintace porter while walking my dogs(yes i do clean up after them) just to make sure i clean up after them.

First, I must say, without a doubt the Eagle Trace Apartments are the best choice I could have made out of all the other apartments I looked at before moving in. The staff and management are n fact very friendly, very patient especially in hearing out a tenants concerns. I became severely disabled several months into my lease and I was so surprised at how well these wonderful people took such great care of me especially as a veteran. One can't beat the prices especially with such great floor ...

plans, free water and garbage. Utilities and all are very reasonable. Anytime I had a concern, the management or agents at the front office were always right on it and always very helpful and very fast to help in any matters or concerns I had. As far as complaints of things like scorpions, etc, you will find that scorpions are pretty much everywhere in the Las Vegas area. I did find a few in my apartment when I first moved in but the management were very fast to make sure to spray and set out traps and I haven't seen another scorpion since now for at least six months. The scorpions that are found are for the most part non deadly and rarely cause serious problems that are known as Bark Scorpions. The management has taken very good control over that situation. Also, I especially want to thank Mike at the front office for his understanding and patience with me in my misunderstanding I had that turned out to be my fault. One thing is for sure, if a tenant has a problem of any kind, all they need do is simply speak with the agents at the front office and they will find the problem solved in no time. Great floor plans and wonderful service, staff and management. Located in a really great area next to Nellis Air Force Base, this is a very secure and excellent community in which I am very happy now I chose to live in.

I have lived in Eagle Trace for a number of years. I would say some of the staff is somewhat rude. You call to talk to them about an issue that is affecting you in your apartment, and they just brush you off. They always says they will talk to the manager, but never get back to you. I had one of the office people hank up on me. They don't want to be bothered with you on issues you are having with other neighbors. Our apartment is absolutely perfect. We decided to make a change in life and move 2500 miles away from our family in upstate NY and move to las Vegas Nevada. We came here blinded and within a week found a beautiful apartment complex that is a gated community. There was a few minor repairs we had to do when we first moved in but now 3 months later its perfect! The staff here are great and the security is even better!

When I first arrived to view this complex I Loved all the trees and being from Las Vegas you don't usually see that hence the fact that we're a desert lol but any way I also loved that when I went to the office everyone was friendly and excited to help you and upon reviewing the apartment I thought they were very nice although I was supposed to get a duplicate of the one shown the one that I ended up with was slightly different ...I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment ...

complex when ever I needed something fixed it was done at a timely manner and I would refer anyone to live here...
