Turn the faucets on in the tub and bathroom sink before you rent. The water coming up from the drains was BLACK which left a black stain in the tub and sink. Could have been from the water main break. Of course they charge for cleaning the tub and sink, even though it was stained when we moved in. The heat broke in winter during one of the bad cold snaps, and while maintenance tried to fix it, the best they could do was give a space heater, which in turn caused our electric bill to go up. went out multiple times because the units are old. Oven stopped working and never got fixed despite multiple maintenance requests. Rent is decent when you first rent, but then it gets higher with each lease you sign.
