This place is utterly awful. The leasing office will constantly lie and say that they have checked on things when they haven’t and they will ignore your emails and calls for months.

Rents and fees go up - maintenance goes down

Eagles Landing main selling point at one time was that its apartments are fairly inexpensive compared to the rest of Charlottesville. And the rents were all-inclusive. But it is steadily going downhill. It now charges random "amenity" fees and tacks on extra charges for electric and water. All the while, the maintenance goes downhill. Parking lot lights randomly go out, breezeways are dirty, and dog poop litters the yards and grassy areas.

Walls aren’t even touched up right you can see millions of dents and marks on the walls and you have to jiggle the Key to get in which took 10 minutes to figure out how to get in cheap and lazy their “repairmen and cleaners” would be out of the job anywhere

I lived here for 5 years in different parts of the complex and I have nothing but great things to say about the property, the area, and the management staff. Early in the COVID pandemic, i was out of town and they checked in on me to see if I was okay as they noticed packages left outside my door. They absolutely care for their residents.

Not a big kitchen

I love living here at Eagles Landing! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. The only problem is the kitchen is rather small so there's not a lot of counter or storage space. On the other hand if there is a problem matinance is very quick and nice.

Ridiculous management

They arranged us to live in an apartment that the owner plans to sell. During this year, a lot of dealers and other guests came in our apartment to look at it. This really disturb our lives. What is worse, they even locked our bedroom without notifying us, which stopped us from entering our bedroom and would have to live in a hotel until they found someone to open the door. They promised to confirm with the owner if he/she allowed us to hold a cat, but never replied us since the corresponding ...
staff left the job. However, my roommate has brought her cat to the US. Then they charged us for holding a cat without permissions. What a ridiculous management!
