I have been in East Gate Villas for two years. I love it. It's a beautiful community. The officer manager Lilliana is great. She will always help and make herself available. She did everything with me on the phone because I moved here from Chicago. I didn't even see the townhome except pictures before I moved in. When I got here I was absolutely amazed on how the place looked and the area is so convenient. This is a great place to move into. The price is just right and the location is ...

Great location in Rock Hill, very quiet and private

I recent l had a chance to visit the property. There is a nice park in the center that gives the area a nice community feel. There is a wait list to get a place, but it’s going to be worth the wait. One thing that was really cool is that you get to see the actual unit you will be renting. Highly recommend checking.

East Gate Villas is a great place to live. The location is perfect for an easy commute into Charlotte and a short distance to great dining, shopping and entertainment. You are also just across the street from one of the most sought after athletic fields in the southeast and a beautiful park with amazing walking trails and two great playgrounds.
