The good: Beautiful views of city, sunset, sunrise and woods Totally accessible by car. Walk in apartment on ground level. Nice size closets. Washer dryer hookups for apartment size machines Free food truck comes on 1x monthly Allowed to grow flowers and food Lawn maintenance Sidewalk snow removal Responsive maintenance On-site management The bad: On steep hill Beautiful but poor location for the disabled and elderly because it’s not walkable No 2nd exit - no back door No sidewalks for 1 ...

block downhill No street lights - for 1 block downhill The apartments never get painted or updates until you move or die No snow removal around cars Somewhat safe
