August 16, 2024I have lived in this apartment for like 2 years. During that time, there was a problem with noise coming from the room downstairs. I tried to contact the manager and he said that he would take care of it, but it was still the same. I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to move out. Before moving out, I didn't clean much because the manager said that someone would come to clean it. The room wasn't that dirty. The walls weren't dirty at all. Before moving out, I contacted him about the deposit ...refund. The manager said that he would send it to my address, so I gave him the address to send a check. I waited for 1 month and didn't receive the check. So I called the manager. He replied that he said he gonna call me back. It's been almost 4 months now and I still haven't received my deposit back. I tried sending emails but there was no response. I feel like it's not fair that he did this. I don't know if other people have rented this apartment and moved out and didn't get their money back like me. So I want to warn anyone who is thinking of renting this apartment not to think about renting here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
