One block to light rail station, streetcar and major bus lines; adjacent to Seattle Central, Seattle University, University of Washington, downtown Seattle and South Lake Union. Rent ready by 9/7, and Showing NOW! • radiator / steam heat • refreshed wall and trim paint • additional storage may be available to rent onsite • laundry in building • street parking • No dogs allowed / Up to 2 cats are okay • no smoking (yes , that includes marijuana) This is a generally quiet property.
