Good Value , Great Location.
August 31, 2015These apartments are in a great location minutes away from shopping centers, and public transportation. The apartments themselves have a small living area, but the bedrooms are very big. The closets in the bedrooms are bigger than in most houses. The bathroom in very small though. There is coin laundry , and a beautiful pool.Management staff is very helpful and quick to get things done. It can get a bit noisy considering most people that live here have children.Overall agood place to live. And a ...good deal for a place in Santa Maria.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
