I don’t typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to save others time and money. I would not recommend moving into East Quarter Residences. Despite being marketed as a luxury property, my experience has been far from it.
While I do appreciate some positive aspects, such as the excellent concierge team and the well-equipped gym, the negatives outweigh these by far.
I’ve submitted multiple requests for essential maintenance, including a malfunctioning touchpad lock and
...a dangerously tilted glass panel on my balcony. Both issues, which are serious safety and security concerns, remain unresolved.
On top of this, I’m unable to use the heat in my apartment, even as temperatures drop to 32°F. Every time I turn on the heat, all the fire alarms in the unit go off. Maintenance advised me to open all the doors, turn on fans, and wait 15 minutes—this solution has done nothing to resolve the issue.
The elevators are also frequently out of service, leaving me to climb multiple flights of stairs, and the cleanliness of common areas has deteriorated. It’s not uncommon to encounter dog waste in shared spaces, which is both unpleasant and unsanitary.
This property does not live up to its promises, and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained home.
