Real Maintenance Problems
November 25, 2020Serious maintenance and personnel issues at this place. I lost hot water and told the local manager. Just lost hot water. 24 hours later, I came home to find my bathroom and hallway flooded. I asked what happened. "It happens, man," was the reply. I complained about the fans and dehumidifiers outside my bedroom door. "You don't have a choice. You rent it, we own it." The next morning, a regional manager showed up and repeatedly told the site manager not to let anyone replace the water heater. ...Just fix it. Grudgingly, she called a plumber. (A real one) They felt bad for me but couldn't stop laughing at these people. They had a new tank installed in two hours. This is who works at Eastridge Estates.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Countrylike
August 16, 2015East Ridge Village is on the edge of the city with single family homes making it a quiet neighborhood and easy access to a major highway. There are people of all ages which is nice for everyone. The best asset is the attached garage. That means no brushing snow off my car in the winter. The grounds are well maintained too.Review from Apartments.com
